Per Sé Group is hiring a Fleet Vehicle Operations Associate to work a contract assignment for our client, one of the largest developers and operators of clean energy in the United States with over 7 gigawatts of wind, solar, and energy storage in operation.
In this role, you will Perform administrative activities related to the organizations fleet vehicle management program. Responsible for overseeing the procurement, supplier management, and efficient operation of the organization's fleet vehicles. A hybrid office schedule will be offered. Occasional overtime will be required for special projects.
Responsibilities
- Collaboration with external fleet management partners and oversee fleet vehicle contracts
- Work within various supplier portals to manage fleet data, vehicle inventory and maintain accurate vehicle assignments
- Monitor and manage the fleet budget, analyzing costs related to fuel, maintenance, repairs, and other operational expenses
- Annual Vehicle forecasting and purchasing
- Enforcement and coordination of regular vehicle inspections and repairs to ensure fleet safety and compliance with state regulations and organizational requirements.
- Preparation of monthly billing allocation files for invoice processing
- Working within internal lease management system for existing and new vehicles
- Daily inquiry resolution from internal stakeholders
- Respond to audits, surveys, or other informational requests from internal and external sources
Desired Skills and Expertise
- 1-3 years in supply chain experience desired. Previous experience in fleet management is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and time management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Self-starter who has the ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally to achieve high-level results
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business Administration, Logistics or related discipline. Applicable experience in related disciplines, customer service or industries may be substituted for the degree requirement.
