Summary
Per Se Group has a great position for a forensic engineer specializing in failure analysis in residential, commercial, and agricultural structures. Structural/Mechanical/Electrical professional engineers with appropriate qualifications are encouraged to apply. The position can be full time or part time. The part time position would be excellent for someone desiring a flexible schedule. There may be opportunities in various additional locations throughout the contiguous states.

Responsibilities
  • Perform failure analysis and complete proper documentation and recording
  • Travel to sites as needed to assess damage
  • Maintain professional, accurate and timely communication with relevant constituents on each assignment

Preferred Skills and Expertise
  • P.E. License is required (Must be a Licensed Professional Engineer)
  • Ability to climb ladders, work outside in all types of weather, and travel to project locations within given geographical area. Up to 50% travel may be required in some locations.
  • Construction design experience is an asset.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and a vehicle capable of transporting necessary equipment for assignments.
