Summary
Per Sé Group has an exciting new job opportunity for a Sr, Mechanical Project Manager to work with a top 10 ENR MEP Company, a leading national mechanical contractor specializing in design and engineering, construction, building automation, service, manufacturing, conveyors and end-to-end building systems  As a Senior Construction Project Manager, you will provide project management support during all phases of HVAC construction to ensure project standards, budget, deadlines, and communications are maintained.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Safety Compliance and foster a culture of safety
  • Document Control and Review
  • Manage Scope of Work
  • Basic Schedule Management and Field Resource
  • Procurement Management & Coordination
  • Estimation
  • Financial Management
  • Develop, Build, and maintain relationship
  • Support Sales Process
Preferred Skills & Expertise
  • Must be willing to travel
  • 8+yrs of Construction Project Management experience
  • 8+yrs of a strong understanding of mechanical systems
  • 8+yrs of ability to read and comprehend construction document
  • 8+yrs of knowledge of design techniques, tools and principle
  • 8+yrs Business administration and management principle
    • including, but not limited to:
    • Company operations and financials
    • Business finance
    • Customer relations
    • Business development and project sales strategies
    • Legal aspects of construction industry
