Position Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee ground-up construction projects, including industrial, commercial, distribution, and logistics centers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large-scale construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of ground-up construction projects, from pre-construction through closeout.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
- Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process.
- Communicate regularly with the client, providing updates on project progress and addressing concerns.
- Lead project meetings and facilitate collaboration among the project team.
- Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, specifically in industrial, commercial, distribution, or logistics center projects.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering ground-up construction projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and construction technologies.
- Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and construction best practices.
