Training Coordinator
Summary:
Per Sé Group is hiring a Training Coordinator for a contract in Irving, Texas. Reporting to the Technical Content Training Manager, the Training Coordinator supports the development, implementation, and coordination of technical training programs. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and passionate about advancing technical training programs
Responsibilities
- Maintain the training assignment matrix to ensure accurate tracking of all employee training.
- Schedule training sessions, liaising with internal stakeholders and external training providers.
- Identify and coordinate with training providers to align with ACCIONA’s standards.
- Organize domestic and international travel arrangements for training participants, including accommodation and transportation.
- Use Workday LMS to manage course content, track assignments, and record training completions.
- Prepare purchase orders for training fees, supplies, and related expenses.
- Fill out and submit new vendor request forms as needed.
- Analyze training completion data, preparing reports on participation and effectiveness.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the company and training providers, ensuring alignment and clear communication.
- Collaborate with site managers, department heads, and regulatory bodies to ensure training needs and compliance requirements are met across sites.
- Facilitate collaboration between internal teams to address training gaps and improvements.
- Gather and analyze data to assess training outcomes and track KPIs related to training effectiveness.
- Produce reports on training metrics and provide recommendations to enhance program quality.
- Conduct evaluations to assess the effectiveness of training programs.
- Compile feedback from trainees, trainers, and managers to continuously improve training content and delivery.
- Work with the Technical Content Training Manager to address gaps in training content, update materials, and recommend enhancements.
Preferred Skills and Expertise
- Associate’s degree in a relevant field or at least 2 years of experience in training coordination, preferably within a technical or industrial environment
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple schedules simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Proficient in event planning, logistics management, and digital tools for virtual training.
- Experience with LMS platforms, specifically Workday, and tracking/reporting tools is a plus.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with digital learning technologies.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and adaptable to shifting priorities.
- Able to read and comprehend technical documents, reports, and data.
- Capable of managing tasks that require walking, standing, and occasional climbing.
- Dexterity to use a keyboard and handle various office and technical equipment.
